Welcome to iThank.UK (a trading name of Affirmable Limited - UK company 14461956). By using our app/web app (available online, on Android and iOS), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our app/web app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these terms and any additional terms and conditions that are referenced herein or that otherwise may apply to specific sections of the app or to products and services available through the app.

2. Description of Service

iThank.UK provides an app/web app that captures the details of gifts given and automatically creates thank you cards that can be either printed or sent digitally. The app also features invitations and save-the-date cards, and processes payments via Stripe.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Compliance: You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Content: You are responsible for the content you provide, including gift details, uploaded images, and personal information.

4.Payments

Payments for services provided by the app will be processed through Stripe. By using the app, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, is the property of Affirmable Limited (trading as iThank.UK) or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our app for personal use in accordance with these terms.

6.Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice and liability, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users of the app, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affirmable Limited (trading as iThank.UK) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the app; (b) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Affirmable Limited (trading as iThank.UK), its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our app prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
